For an extra spooky touch, each sweatshirt also features a cute little ghost embroidered on the sleeve. 👻

How it works:

As every portrait is individually hand drawn, each sweatshirt is completely unique to your pet - perfect for Halloween, autumn walks, spooky season or as a special gift for a pet lover. 🖤

Please note: Product images are styled for illustrative purposes. As this is a personalised, hand-drawn and embroidered item, the finished design may vary slightly from the example shown.

Due to the detail in the embroidery this product is ONE pet per sweatshirt.

Orders can take up to 2 week from reviceing the artwork ( 2-3 days artwork ) 

1. Upload your pet photo — After ordering, reply to your confirmation email with a clear photo of your pet.
2. Portrait creation — Our artists hand draw and digitise a unique portrait of your pet.
3. Customer approval — You'll receive a digital preview to approve before we begin production.
4. Custom embroidery — Once approved, your design is beautifully embroidered onto your chosen product.
5. Dispatched to your door — Your finished product is carefully packed and sent straight to you.

• Machine wash cold (30°C or below), inside out on a gentle cycle
• Do not tumble dry — lay flat or hang to dry
• Do not iron directly over embroidery
• Do not bleach

How long does it take?
7–10 working days from receipt of your photo.

Can I request changes to my preview?
Yes — one revision is included. If you'd like further changes, just get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

What if I don't like the preview?
Contact us and we'll work with you to get it right.

What photo format and quality do I need?
A clear, well-lit JPEG or PNG works best. The higher the resolution the better — avoid blurry or heavily filtered images so our artists can capture your pet's details accurately.

Can I have multiple pets on one product?
Yes! Simply select the number of pets when choosing your product options, and include a clear photo of each pet when you get in touch after ordering.

Do I keep the digital portrait?
Yes — once you've approved your preview, we'll send you the digital portrait file to keep.
