• All items are made to order using the photo you provide.
• Please ensure your photo is clear, in focus.
• We are not responsible for poor results caused by low-quality or blurry images.
• Once the design has been approved it will not be possible to make any further alterations.
• Processing times are estimates and may vary during busy seasons.
• Slight variations in thread color, stitching, and placement may occur.
• Screen colors may differ slightly from real-life product colors.
• Please review the sizes carefully before ordering.
• We are not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen by the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges
• Due to the custom nature of this product, returns or exchanges are not accepted,unless damaged or faulty.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

1. Upload your pet photo — After ordering, reply to your confirmation email with a clear photo of your pet.
2. Portrait creation — Our artists hand draw and digitise a unique portrait of your pet.
3. Customer approval — You'll receive a digital preview to approve before we begin production.
4. Custom embroidery — Once approved, your design is beautifully embroidered onto your chosen product.
5. Dispatched to your door — Your finished product is carefully packed and sent straight to you.

• Machine wash cold (30°C or below), inside out on a gentle cycle
• Do not tumble dry — lay flat or hang to dry
• Do not iron directly over embroidery
• Do not bleach

How long does it take?
7–10 working days from receipt of your photo.

Can I request changes to my preview?
Yes — one revision is included. If you'd like further changes, just get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

What if I don't like the preview?
Contact us and we'll work with you to get it right.

What photo format and quality do I need?
A clear, well-lit JPEG or PNG works best. The higher the resolution the better — avoid blurry or heavily filtered images so our artists can capture your pet's details accurately.

Can I have multiple pets on one product?
Yes! Simply select the number of pets when choosing your product options, and include a clear photo of each pet when you get in touch after ordering.

Do I keep the digital portrait?
Yes — once you've approved your preview, we'll send you the digital portrait file to keep.
